We're a family-run dealer of new and used equipment, and we believe in being upfront: because of the nature of heavy equipment, all sales are final.

As-Is, Where-Is Sales

Unless a specific written warranty is included in your sales agreement, all equipment is sold "as-is, where-is" with no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Once a sale is complete, items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If Something Isn't Right

If an item you receive is materially different from how it was described โ€” wrong item, undisclosed major defect โ€” contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery and we'll make it right. We stand behind honest descriptions.

New Items & Manufacturer Warranties

Some new equipment and attachments may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Where one exists, it is between you and the manufacturer; we're glad to help you with claim contacts and paperwork.
